place your property on the AIR Multiple Listing Service, promote your property to targeted users, and
work with all other Licensed Brokers.

Finding you a buyer for your building is just the beginning of the very personalized service we provide
you.  We will work with and aid the Escrow company so that escrow closes on time.  We can help your
buyer arrange for financing.  We can assist your buyer in applying for an SBA or conventional loan.   If
building improvements or repairs are required as part of the sales agreement, we can save you money
on the required work and see that the work is finished on time.

property investment.  In addition to negotiating the Base Rent special attention is given to Cost of Living
Adjustments, adequate Security Deposit, Maintenance and Repair Expenses, and your increasing cost of
Property Taxes and Insurance. If tenant improvements or repairs are required as part of the
lease agreement, we can save you money on the required work and see that the work is finished
properly and on time.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
If you are tired of chasing tenants to collect the rent, or running downtown for every little complaint, or
searching for someone reliable and experienced to make repairs – we can relieve you of this burden –
for a very low fee.

In addition to seeing that rents are collected on time, we can save you a lot of time and money in

inspections of your building will be made to make sure that your tenants are keeping the premises clean,
and abiding by the terms of their lease agreement.  We offer graffiti removal service, as well as low cost
